Sausage, Kraut and Mustard!

  • This will be a great workshop where you'll learn about creating your own sausage, sauerkraut and fun ways to incorporate homemade mustard into your meals

  • Learn about the components needed to make your own sausage, the methods of grinding sausage and ways to use preserved herbs to create different flavors

  • Learn how to make your own fresh Sauerkraut
    Making and using mustard to enhance and enrich your flavor profiles

    In this workshop you will receive:-Numerous recipes-A Bratwurst Seasoning Packet-A sample mustard to take home-Tastings of everything we teach you to make to inspire you!
