Mammoth Lakes: SNOW into daylight savings!

unnamed-2.jpg

Can you believe more than 200 inches of snow (a new record for February!) fell in Mammoth Lakes this month? That brings the season total at the summit of Mammoth Mountain to more than 570 inches! With so much snow, Mammoth Mountain has already announced that the mountain will be open for skiing until the 4th of July this year.

There may be a TON of snow on the ground, but this time of year also brings longer days. Longer days mean more daylight hours to enjoy your favorite on-the-snow activities, including skiing and snowboardingcross country skiingsnowmobiling and snowshoeing. If you haven't gotten in as much time on the snow as you'd like this season, I hope you're scheming for your next visit to your favorite mountain town as we speak. The rest of winter and into spring are going to be amazing!

See you here soon!
