The UCCE Inyo and Mono Counties’ Master Food Preservers are teaching a workshop called Everything Tomatoes. It would be great if you could help us spread the word to the surrounding community by broadcasting the following information on the Inyo Register through Friday, September 28:
Are you suffering from Tomato Overload and still have more tomatoes than you know what to do with? Master Food Preservers are presenting an Everything Tomatoes workshop to give you some new ideas for Preserving your Tomatoes for year-round enjoyment. Dehydration, Canning, and Freezing of both Red and Green tomatoes will be covered. There will be tastings to inspire you and handouts with recipes.
When: Sat., Sept. 29, 2018 (10am to 1pm)
Where: Jill Kinmont Boothe School at 166 Grandview Road, Bishop.
