Spring has sprung in the Eastern Sierra and that means our region is blooming with many fun things to see and do!  From wildflower & wildlife photography to shopping for unique treasures, Bishop is the place to be now!  Mother Nature was generous with snow in March, so ski lifts are still running at Mammoth Mountain.  If you like trout fishing, head to the nearby lakes and streams in Bishop Creek Canyon - many anglers have been enjoying early season success at South Lake and Lake Sabrina.

And lest we forget....May brings the annual Mule Days Celebration at the Tri-County Fairgrounds in Bishop.  We hope you'll consider joining in the week of mule competitions, live music concerts, dances, barbecue dinners and all things celebrating the American Mule's contributions to pioneering the Western United States.

Don't forget to share all your adventures with us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter with #visitbishop - we can't wait to see what you discover! Remember to tag your photos #visitbishop to be featured on our instagram and facebook pages!

We sure hope to see you soon - Your friends at the Bishop Chamber of Commerce &  Visitor Center
