BISHOP— The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is dedicated to improving mobility across California, for all forms of transportation. May is National Bike Month, and National Bike to Work Week is May 14-18, 2018. Caltrans District 9 is hosting a free, informational bike tour of Bishop. The 1-hour outing will visit several past and current Caltrans projects sites along an approximately 4-mile route. District Director Green will illustrate at each stop how bicycle and pedestrian needs were incorporated into each Caltrans project.
