The Desert Renewable Energy Conservation Plan (DRECP), eight years in the making, was a true collaborative effort by the State of California and the California Bureau of Land Management (BLM), with full engagement from the public and desert counties including Inyo County. In Inyo County, places like Conglomerate Mesa, Fossil Falls, and the Amargosa Basin are under threat.
The first BLM public meeting will be in Lone Pine Monday Feb 26th from 5-7pm. Please attend this meeting and tell the BLM to leave the DRECP plan alone! We need your voice to defend this #DesertPlan and the places we love to play!

Conservationists from a number of organizations will be on hand to answer your questions and help you develop your public comments.

When: Mon., Feb. 26 (5-7pm)
Where:
Museum of Western Film History, 701 S., Main St., Lone Pine, CA
