UCMFP: 2018 Master Food Preserver Training Class

The 2018 Training by the University of California will provide approximately 50 hours of training in food safety and preservation. Students must complete the entire training in order to become a certified volunteer for the Master Food Preserver program. Upon completion of the training, volunteers will be responsible for leading the public classes and demonstrations on food preservation throughout Inyo & Mono counties.

Application Deadline is December 15, 2018.
