Rubs, Salts, Glazes and Mustard! Workshop Blurb

Come join the UCCE Inyo and Mono Counties’ Master Food Preservers as we present our Rubs, Salts, Glazes and Mustard Workshop. At this wonderful workshop we will teach you how to create your own custom rubs, seasoning salts, glazes and fun ways to incorporate mustard into your meals. Learn about the 3 key components of making a rub and ways to use your preserved herbs and vegetables to make rubs and seasoning salts. Find out how to incorporate marmalade, jelly and jam into savory glazes for your holiday cooking. We will also teach you how to use Mustard to enhance and enrich your flavor profiles. You will also receive numerous recipes, your own custom rub and a sample of a seasoning salt with several tastings to inspire you.

Cost: $20 per participant to cover the cost of materials used.
The workshop size is limited, and a PAID. Reservation is required to attend.
